One gram and you&#39;ll be out like a light bulb in no time flat. <br /><br />Whenever I&#39;m in my insomniac mode, I&#39;ll have some natural tea. Chamomile or peppermint usually does the trick. They say warm milk is a good home remedy but I&#39;m lactose intolerant. lol<br /><br />And about turning 30, baby, it&#39;s all good! =) So don&#39;t stress it. I know the feeling when I lay down and my mind is racing about things I need to do, should have done and whats going own in my world. It&#39;s natural. My therapist told me to clear my mind and count down from 20. If my mind starts to wonder start over at 20. I have done it several times and don&#39;t remember reaching zero too many times. I have been overlooking The Soloist at the video place but now I will watch it. District 9 is an awesome movie with great special effects. What else would you expect when Peter Jackson is involved?
